How fast is your shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped 1-2 days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within the timeframe of the shipping option you selected.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Vesqui is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Which delivery option do you offer?

For Canada and US, we provide a few options for different rates.

For International orders, we only have DHL express in place to get your order to you the fastest possible due to distance.

We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from. Choose your shipping method in the checkout.

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@shopvesqui.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
